Your Client Follow Up Masterplan

How regularly do you follow up with your potential clients? How much money are you leaving on the table by not having a strategy and investing time to refine your follow up strategy? Having a weekly protocol and regular time scheduled in your calendar for following up with your potential clients, current clients, and past clients will contribute to you having higher client conversion rates and people constantly in your pipeline. You will also develop a reputation for being professional and reliable, but you must have a clear method for tracking hot leads.

There is richness in all follow up. Every follow up is not going to result in a sale. Your overall intention is to connect or reconnect with new potential and past clients. Regardless of the outcome you have an opportunity to look for themes in client problems, gather the detailed languaging being used and get feedback. All client interaction is about being of service.

When following up with them you want to remind them of their conversation with you, why they are seeking your help, and remember, all connections are about how you make them feel. Try your best to come from a place of gratitude and love to avoid presenting a salesy vibe that could potentially turn them away from you.

One of the easiest ways to stay organized and prioritized is to use a chart to track your conversations with others. This will help you remember where each person is at in this moment in life, what they are looking for, and when they may be ready for the next move.

Even though you are trying to find and keep people contributing to your wealth, you will need to consider how these people will view you and your values. Show your potential, current, and past clients that you care, respect, and value them as individuals.

If someone stops doing business with you whether it’s a service or product, don’t take it personal. When it comes to following up with them, remember to be personable and not just throw a special/coupon in their face in hopes they will rekindle your business relationship again. Show them that you remember them and why you truly want to help them again.

As for your current clients and potential clients, you will want to show them your high level of integrity too. However, remember that your current clients will be the top of your priority when following up because they are the ones that have invested in you and the results you are helping them achieve. As for your potential clients, it’s recommended you give them a taste of what the relationship will look like: your behavior, your level of respect for them, and also show them the boundaries of your relationship.

People need continuous connection. As you continue to follow up with them, you will remain on their radar when it comes time to hire someone with your expertise they will think of you.

List out everyone that has expressed interest in working with you in the past. Next to their name write out what they need and why they wanted to work with you. Set times in your calendar for follow up. Use this follow up tool as your system and the action steps you will partake in consistently.

Raise Your Vibration Now & Make More Money

Spring is often a time that provokes thinking about the last year; and reviewing the year ahead. Maybe it’s all the new life, or the spring cleaning that takes place! The past year has been a whirlwind of crazy energies, from eclipses to retrogrades and new moons, and it’s not uncommon for women to feel swayed by the clash of energies. That is why it is especially important to take time to raise your vibration during Springtime, and these are some of my favorite ways to do that.

1. Be More Conscious of Your Money Thoughts

Everything you think, say and feel becomes part of your money reality. Every single thought that you have has an impact on your bottom line. For example, you may have a strong belief about how much money you need and it evokes feelings of lack. That can lead to you feeling off-course when you relate to your money and making purchases can feel uncomfortable, based entirely on your thoughts. When you switch your thoughts to be positive, your reality makes the same switch.

Being positive about your money may take some time to adjust to. In the meantime, whenever you have a negative thought, acknowledge it and then dismiss it and immediately turn it into a positive. You will soon find the number of negative thoughts begin to lessen. Thoughts become things, period!

2. Appreciate Beauty

Find something beautiful about your relationship with money, and take the time to appreciate it fully. It could be a beautiful purchase you remember, overcoming past money struggles, or gratitude you express toward your money every day. We spend a lot of time, especially during the colder Winter months, walking with blinders on. Taking time out from your day to really appreciate how far you have come, is truly refreshing.

3. Make Good Money Choices

Some purchases you may have you ‘vibrating’ at a higher levels than others – paying all bills can bring you joy if you allow them to. What I know to be true is you always regret the things you didn’t do and that means the purchases you denied yourself. Take this moment to commit to no longer denying yourself of your desires. Stop running the show with the money rules that are outdated and no longer working. 4. Meditate

Meditation is excellent for re-grounding and increasing vibration. Sit in a comfortable position, close your eyes and focus yourself on your breath. Too often, we rush days and end up feeling scattered and stressed, which leads to anxiety (aka blocking money). Just ten minutes of meditation per day will change your mentality. If you have a smartwatch, you can set it to prompt you to meditate for a set period each day, and you can find helpful money meditations at

5. Be Grateful

Before you go to sleep each night, write down five things that you are grateful for that day or 5 reasons that you felt rich that day. It may be hard to think of five, to begin with, because we are so used to rushing through life and we often forget to reflect. After a few months of daily practice, you will be grateful for much more. It is a truly beautiful exercise, and one that helps you shift your mentality from focusing on what you don’t have to what you do have.

6 Steps to a Body and Soul Spring Cleaning

It’s finally Spring! It’s now the traditional time to start Spring Cleaning – and that extends much further than just your house. Your business, body and whole life will benefit from a touch of attention and some cleaning activities over the next week – it’ll leave you feeling happy, powerful and ready for the next quarter!


  1. Cleanse Your Diet

After the sweet, lofty foods of Winter, your taste buds are probably starting to crave salt, sugar and fat. This is an excellent signal that it’s time to spring clean your diet! A mild cleanse will rid yourself of cravings in no time, so cut down on refined carbohydrates, alcohol, sugar and caffeine as much as you can. Focus on eating good portion sizes – overeating is very common in the Winter – and pack your diet with healthy choices like fruits, vegetables, nuts, legumes, grains and lean protein. With all the delicious Spring produce in the shops, this needn’t be too hard, and it’ll leave you feeling rejuvenated and energetic to pour more energy into your business success!

  1. Set New Habits

Spring is also a great time to set some new habits, or get rid of old ones. Most people are constantly dehydrated, for example, so aiming to drink more water and hydrate your cells will be valuable. Set yourself a realistic target, such as drinking 2 litres per day, and mark yourself off every day until it becomes a habit.  You may need to change some behaviors – try keeping water with freshly squeezed lemon nearby instead of soda, for example. Other new habits could be exercising more, making time to socialize each week, reading more, or kicking habits such as biting your nails.

  1. Cancel Stress

Are you feeling stressed? Stress is a horrible state – it is a powerful force linked to chronic anxiety and weight gain, and everyone deals with it differently so there is no easy one-size-fits-all way to get rid of it. The key is to find what works for you. Does going for a walk help to relieve the symptoms? Do you feel better talking about it? Some people find journaling helps, or using positive mantras. Even just a hot bath might help you rest and relax, and leave you feeling more able to cope with the stress. Find a way that works well for you this month so that you are in the best place to approach Spring.

  1. Set Targets

What are your goals for the next quarter? Think about some targets that you’d like to achieve before the Summer. They could be home related, business related or personal, but make sure they are SMART goals – Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and Timely. Write your goals down somewhere that you can review them often and keep yourself motivated towards them!

  1. Take Action

Look at your goals list; and pick one or two things that you can make a start towards right now. It could be that you want to hire help in your home, or find new business staff to delegate tasks to, or you want to start doing Facebook Lives. You could be aiming to sign new clients, or create recurring profit streams. Whatever your goals are, position yourself in your feminine power and start to take steps towards achieving them. If you are feeling overwhelmed and do not know where to start, try making a list of the steps you need to take to achieve that goal. For example, for hiring help, your list may be to write an advertisement, to shortlist applications, to hold first interviews, to shortlist the interviewees, to hold second interviews, to offer the job to someone, and to train them. Tackling each individual step can feel a lot less daunting than trying to hire someone in one step!

  1. Get Help

It is not possible to do everything yourself. Whether it’s help at home or in your business, a mentor, other entrepreneurs or a group of supportive friends or family, everyone needs a support network to keep them going – and a support network to teach them and stretch them. Work out the areas that you could benefit from someone else’s experience and expertise, and find a way to make that happen. It could be a mentor, some intensive or long-term coaching, or a course or two specifically on areas that you are trying to focus on. 6 Tips to Tap Into Your Personal Power and Create Results

Self Awareness:
Knowledge is power, but self-knowledge is mega-power, which connects you to your purpose, and taps into that passion below the purpose.
Continuing to learn about yourself, your needs, your likes and dislikes will reconnect you with parts of yourself that you have disconnected with along the journey of life. When stressful or tragic things happen you tend to lose parts of your soul, your very being, but it also creates space for you to re-connect as well. In current times of disappointment and heartbreak, or feelings of failure you can allow space for those feelings and pieces of yourself will return to you.
As you grow you change, but so many people don’t ask the questions of self-exploration, which is the doorway to getting clear about your wants and needs and get clear within yourself so you can get clear with others.
Being honest, most importantly with yourself is your quickest path to authenticity, which is the cornerstone of every relationship, especially with clients!

Set Boundaries
What are the boundaries that govern your life? Do they serve you? Do they serve others? The boundaries you create in your own life are by far the most important boundaries you will ever set. Once you are clear in your own life and honor the boundaries around what you will do and when and also whom you will invest your time with or will not, you will have set a very firm foundation for how the world treats you. As you honor and hold firm in these healthy boundaries you will find that client drama or employee drama falls to the wayside.

Set goals and map it out to get there. Mapping out your personal and professional goals with a mentor or a colleague can triple the results you are looking for in this area. Someone who you trust and can give you an honest perspective. Maybe even someone who will stretch you more into your authentic self, more fully aligned with your unique purpose.

Finding the thin line of balance is the power. You already have this power inside of you. It is your duty to return to it. Even our physical bodies are constantly working toward homeostasis. I find this amazing considering the wide amount of abuse we expose ourselves to. Think about it, how well do you eat, drink, do you get enough water? Just think for a moment how we abuse ourselves by working too much. Especially on the Western hemisphere, we are overworked and under-vacationed.

Be a Risk Taker
Be willing to take risks! Yes truly, this is the key to living life large. Did you even know you were meant to live life large like this? Well you were, and the first thing you can do to step into this greater purpose is to take a risk. No amount of you staying small will ever help evolve yourself and more important in the greater part of humanity, the world. You say you want more, but what aligned actions are you willing to take. You can spend the rest of your life asking the Universe or who or whatever is the greater force in your life, for the bigger experiences in life, but nothing is going to happen until you take that leap first, then just watch out and see how much shows up to keep you flowing down the river into the life of your dreams. You are also modeling for your clients when you do this. How can you expect great clients to show up in your business, doing incredible things if you do not embody that first? Go on give it a shot I dare you!

Power = freedom
Feeling powerless is a victim, non-faith mentality that will continue to further disempower you. Be honest with yourself, where are you falling into the victim mindset? Be willing to realize that on some level you are creating your experience. Get the help you may need to change it if that is the case. Stepping into your power allows you a freedom like never before experienced. The more you step into your authentic empowered self the more you will align with all of you have ever dreamed up. After all you and your dreams are already one.

5 Steps To Be in Your Feminine Power When Talking to Others

Communication is one of the most important areas of life. We are always communicating, whether it’s conversations in a business context, with romantic partners, with friends or just generally in life. Being able to communicate openly and effectively will set you up for success, and make you much more effective and productive in all areas of your life. Here are five simple steps to being in your feminine power when talking to others:

  1. Prepare for conversations

Take a few moments to prepare yourself and the other person for the conversation you are going to have. For example, make sure the conversation is in an appropriate setting – private conversations should be somewhere quiet and private; business conversations should usually be in a business setting. Try to avoid any interruptions.

  1. Manage Your Emotions

If you have watched the Effective Communication video in the School of Feminine Fortune, you will know exactly how your emotions play into your communication. Try to go into any conversation with your emotions fully under control, taking notes about what you need to do and say if it helps. Clear your mind before the meeting and go in with the mindset that the communication will be both successful and efficient.

  1. Invite The Other Person

In some way, you need to ensure that the conversation is at a good time for everyone involved. In a personal conversation you may just mention that you have something you would like to share or talk about, and invite them to have that conversation with you. In a business setting, you may be informing someone that you need to talk, and you may ask them to prepare something or give them some insight into what you would like to talk about. In both cases, you are allowing the other person to make sure they are free and willing to participate in the conversation, which sets it up for success.

  1. Set Your Boundaries

Next, prepare your boundaries for the conversation. Acknowledge which behaviors you will be available for, and which you will not. For example, in a business context, tears may result in the end of the meeting so that the person crying can collect themselves and the communication can continue more effectively at another time. Anger may be another emotion that you’d prefer to disengage from.  Make a list of what you will tolerate and what you will not so you can lovingly disengage if that becomes necessary.

  1. Visualize Success

Finally, before you go into the communication, visualize yourself having a successful conversation. Whether it is personal, professional or just a general conversation, picture the communication and how you’d like it to go, and focus on what you’d like the outcome to be. This puts you in the right frame of mind to go and achieve success.


Once you have practiced these, you will find that you can fly through them – you may never change your boundaries, for example, and visualization will become a normal part of the communication process. Every step will help to make your communications more effective, and help you to be more successful overall.
